Emma Evans - Regulatory Partner - Bexley Beaumont Limited

Emma Evans is a Regulatory Partner, specialising in Health and Safety, at Bexley Beaumont, based in Manchester. She works cross-sector but has particular experience and expertise from working in the real estate sector including housing/social housing, construction, and the built environment. She provides a range of contentious and non-contentious services, including training and workshops; internal investigations; crisis management and incident response; In-House legal support; and challenging enforcement notices. She partners alongside her clients to help them best manage risk pro-actively before things go wrong, protect their people, achieve and maintain compliance, and ultimately, avoid criminal penalties.  Emma is delighted to join Lancashire Occupational Health & Safety Group in February, and present on the latest developments around Building Safety, including:
