Emma Evans is a Regulatory Partner, specialising in Health and Safety, at Bexley Beaumont, based in Manchester. She works cross-sector but has particular experience and expertise from working in the real estate sector including housing/social housing, construction, and the built environment. She provides a range of contentious and non-contentious services, including training and workshops; internal investigations; crisis management and incident response; In-House legal support; and challenging enforcement notices.
